I am a clinical psychologist specializing in trauma, anxiety, and identity development. Many of my clients seek therapy because they feel stuck—whether in relationships, emotional patterns, or past experiences that continue to shape their lives in ways they don’t fully understand.
My practice is grounded in deep, transformative work. Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, I help clients explore the root causes of their struggles, gaining insight, breaking free from limiting patterns, and developing a greater sense of connection with themselves and others.
A significant part of my work is with gay and queer men, helping them navigate the complexities of identity, trauma, and relationships. However, I also work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are drawn to my approach and are seeking meaningful, long-term change.
My therapeutic style is insight-driven, relational, and grounded in evidence-based methods. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma healing and am an EMDR consultant, training and mentoring other therapists in trauma treatment. I also integrate psychodynamic therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients move beyond emotional roadblocks and step into greater self-awareness and fulfillment.
I know—both professionally and personally—that while emotional distress is a natural part of life, it doesn’t have to define it. With the right tools, insights, and guidance, we can shift how we respond to challenges, breaking free from old narratives to create a more fulfilling, connected, and meaningful life.
